Welcome!

  • On behalf of the Board of Trustees, faculty, and staff of Seeley Union School District, I welcome you to our web presence. We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and nurturing learning environment that will enable all students to learn and grow.

As a community of learners, we embrace best practices in teaching and learning to provide a first rate education for the students we so proudly serve. Our professional staff is committed to providing all students with quality educational opportunities that will help them become productive citizens in the 21st Century. Our school is continually working to improve by bringing in new curriculum, better practices, and more advanced technology. Our instructional program must successfully implement the rigorous California State Standards in English, Math, and Science that will be the new measure of students in the State of California and in our great nation. Students are encouraged to strive for excellence, both in their academic and behavior choices. With hard work and dedication, our students will be able to reach their potential.

We are here to make your years in school as successful, yet educationally challenging as possible. Collaboration with parents and teachers is essential to student success. Our learning community grows stronger with parent involvement and support. We encourage parent participation and invite you to express your suggestions or concerns. Together we can make it a bright and rewarding future for our children, our community, and our world.

Please feel free to stop by if I, or a member of our staff can be of service to you. You may contact me by phone at (760) 352-3571 or aellis@seeley.k12.ca.us.

    Sincerely yours,

    Andrea Ellis, Superintendent
